At this point in time, Victor Cozzone workshops magic with Lowe’s in Chester County, Pennsylvania, where he is a sales specialist in that company’s professional division for that store. So far, he has been in that position for a few years, but it actually returns Victor to his roots; the high point of his long career, when he owned and operated All About Concrete. That business won awards for its work in commercial and residential concrete work and Victor Cozzone himself was certified through ACI for his skills working in concrete.
Following the work he performed with that company for the better part of a decade, Victor Cozzone then moved on to work as a financial advisor with the Pennsylvania offices of several major brokerages, where he guided individuals and corporations to greater financial prosperity. Besides his professional success, Victor Cozzone believes a person’s attitude is more determinative of success than any other aspect of their life. That, along with a person’s attitude go a long way toward determining their success in the business world.
In addition to doing hard work in his career, Victor Cozzone believes it is also very important to show appreciation for what he has gained from others during his life. That is why he tries to give back to the community every way he can. One thing he does for his community is to volunteer as a baseball coach, something he has done for many years in the Lionville Youth Baseball Association. Victor also plays a significant role in programs in Chester County designed to provide poor residents with funding to pay their heating bills. However, his best and most satisfying community work may be the work he does with PAAL, or “Preparing Adolescents with Autism for Adult Life.” PAAL prepares people aged 14-21 who have moderate to severe autism with the skills they will need to live independently and it is very successful.
